Best-ever lists are a popular way for busy people to save time in doing research on what the best options would be in what they are seeking. Why spend lots of time and effort to figure out the best hiking trails, ski resorts, or places to visit? A best-ever list I've prepared based on my experience and research saves you from needing to do that. You can trust my assessments because, throughout my life, I have prided myself in knowing how to select the best of the best. Indeed, I leveraged this skill in my work as a town planner. I prepared a computerized ranking system for open space land acquisition. I also evaluated hundreds of land development regulations from communities throughout the nation. I took this research and applied my valuation skills to it, and over and over again, successfully recommended to my city the best, most suitable development regulations that should be adopted for local use.
